Refund Policy

Returns, Exchanges or Replacements

For products we receive feedback with Quality issues, Shorthanded or wrong items delivered within 3 days of receiving the goods, we will proceed with a refund accordingly. However, we would require a picture of one of the issues mentioned above.

Once the refund has been made, you will receive an email confirmation on the refund which had been processed.

If you wish to replace or exchange items, in the event they are damaged or have quality issues, do let us know and we will best advise if it is possible to do so.

Anything beyond 3 days, we will look at it on a case to case basis.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have yet to receive a refund, do check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, do contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
